Yes this is the film.  Army Navy Screen Magazine #20.  As I said, it is 
all over the place on the internet, but the first time I saw it was on a 
sparkling original 35mm nitrate print at the National Archives at a 
special screening they had during ARSC back in 78.  Probably the best 
filmed performance of Betty Hutton and the best rendition of Over the 
Rainbow Judy Garland ever sang. And great examples of the performer 
interplay during broadcast script reading.  It added to the live (and 
film) audience but did not detract from what would only have been heard 
by the radio audience.  The extra laughs came at good lines--unlike 
Eddie Cantor who was noted for doing horseplay for the live audience to 
get a laugh on a bad line.  And they all knew how to play to those RCA 
44-BX mics.  I'd love to hear the whole broadcast.
