You might be referring to the wrong book.  I am referring to "Command 
Performance USA! A Discography."  He calls it a discography.  Greenwood 
Press calls it a discography.  And most important to ME, Mike Gray who 
was editor of the series did not object to it being called a 
discography.  It is #64 in the series.  All it lacks are matrix 
numbers.  Most of the 415 programs in the series are detailed.  Perhaps 
half of the 369 Mail Call programs are detailed, and maybe 80% of the 
135 GI Journal progs are detailed.  There is also a separate section of 
the special programs such as the holiday and victory editions.

 I think what you are referring to is the book he wrote called "A 
Directory of the Armed Forces Radio Service Series" which was #82 in the 
discography series but does not have the word discography in the title.

The content is specifically given for program 92 recorded Nov 13, 1943 
with release date listed as late 1943.  He only lists three songs with 
the "other titles unknown", but shows a full cast that includes the 
Charioteers and Jimmy Durante who do not appear in the film.
