[78-L] The world's rarest record. Am I missing something here?

There was a 78-L thread on this very item a few weeks ago. Obviously it's
being offered by a mixed-up, delusional individual. Soundtrack records were
usually 16", and were electrically recorded at 33 1/3 rpm, and were produced
from 1926 into the 1930s. The 20" Pathes were acoustically recorded,
pantographically dubbed from master cylinders, and made for playback at
about 120 rpm. The large diameter and high speed were employed with the
intention of producing the loudest records they knew how to make.
