[78-L] Garage Sale (pardon the shameless plug)

Great idea. I'm tired of seeing "Estate Sale" and "Garage Sale" signs. I'd love to see some creativity enter the mix. We're having one in a few weeks and I'd like to think of something shorter that can fit on a cardboard sign measuring 12" x 12". Your ideas a terrific but too long.
