I also have a copy of the Abrams files, and I can make it available to anyone who needs it.   I made a cleaned-up converted copy available on the 78-Label web site for several years.  I converted the the Abrams files into a MySQL database with a search function (PHP code) on a Linux Server.  There was also an Abrams-file download link.   I have not had time to get that going again, it got messed up after a server crash several years ago.  I thought I might attempt a complete 78 database after I retire  (hopefully soon).
