[78-L] RCA Victor Collectors Issue

Actually a pale grey label..seen lots of those. It's for collectors items (similar to LPT and WPT on microgroove). Their "Gold Standard" series came later and had 7-digit (3+4) catalogue numbers and full color black labels (except in Canada where they were still silver on blue for a long time).
