I have numerous label images of the French K series above K-8227 with Gramophone labels.
Examples:
K-8227 Waller, Paswonky (rec Jun 1936 !!)
K-8300 Goodman (House Hop)
K-8732 Ellington: Ko-Ko
K-8796 Ellington: Sepia Panorama.
K-8800 Glenn Miller: Falling Leaves
K-8859 is the last one I have as image, by F.Revoil.
( a single item above K-9000 appears to be a typo for a lower nr).
Low Voix d/s Maitre K-nrs are reissues of Gram., for ex. K-6153 Ellington:Mood Indigo,
and K-8732 Conga Brava/Ko-Ko.
The highest VdsM K- I have seen is K-9187 Hampton: Open House,
but K-9172 is Esquire Winners, Indian Summer, in Swing Music 1947 Series (No.738).

Last Gramophone 'K' I know of: K8227, recorded June 1947. La Voix de
son Maître afterwards.
Other French series:
DA (10") red label
DB (12") red label
L (12") bordeaux label; up to 1000 (higher numbers are Columbia)
P (10") red label
W (10") red label
SG (10") light green label; later dark green.
