[78-L] The First Lp Is Released..okay, count the howlers

They are 33, and late one were 12-inch, but that is just as a custom
pressing for other companies.   They also did ETs. But this guy probably
doesn't even know about these.  He confused the discussion of
Wallerstein about how he discontinued the Program Transcription at
Victor.  Because Wallerstein later started up the LP project when he got
to Columbia, he got mixed up that the system he discontinued was not at
Columbia but at Victor.  He forgot that Wallerstein had been at both
companies.

Columbia MAY have pressed 33.3 rpm discs, but none intended for general
public sale? I'm trying to remember if my movie-soundtrack Columbia
discs are 33 or 78...?!  Steven C. Barr
