[78-L] Pathe Freres Demonstration Record No. 2

I would assume as you do that these records came out to coincide with Pathe's entrance into the U.S. Market in the early to mid teens. Here is a video that I posted over a year ago. I would say they are certainly not common. This is the only one I have come across in my years of collecting. I have one other Collector Friend who also has one.

I am trying to find out some info on an old 78 that I found in a collection I recently purchased. There is one album that stands out, it is labeled as a demonstration record, it is 2 sided and I would think some what rare. I would assume it is the record the dealer used for selling the Pathe phonograph. I am just looking for info on the record and if these are really that rare or just a good decoration.
