"Self-publishing is quite easy if you already have the book in print form;
that is how I originally "published" my DG for its first two editions!
Simply take your print copy (I had to type the dommed thing myself
by hand...!) to a copy shop like Print Three; they will assemble the
copies and staple them into "books."
