[78-L] Victor Scroll 12-81000 ??? series

The Vic 12-xxxx ethnic series is (very) rare on ebay.
There was a 12-59000 series of which I have 2 images:
12-59004 Marek Weber, and
12-59011 Honegger's Pacific 231 (ethnic?!) (mx pres 45125 or 45725).

and there is a 12-80000 series
I have an image of 12-80558 Orchestrina Italiana La Vittoria, mxs 41060/61, 
and VMB2 gives no issue for this (recd 22 Nov 27).
Other label images are:
12-80716 Fred Brano, ocarina
12-81229 G. Morino
12-81368 P. Frosini
12-81600 Marek Weber
12-81710 Pietro (accordion).
Pres. a large series; is it consecutively numbered 12-80001-81710 etc?
And what is the difference with the 14-80000 series? (Italian only?)

The ethnic V- series starts numerically with V-1 and has indeed same artists.
