Martin,

Actually, the Jazz Man presentation was two years ago at Stanford. Were you on the fence about it that long? (8-)

I know you meant my talk on The Record Changer magazine, so I appreciate it. The Jazz Man book is available at Lulu.com. I'm finishing up the accompanying CD and will advise everyone when it's ready. The CD is going to go in the back of the book, where there already is a contents page. You'll be able to get it at originjazz.com or directly from me.
