[78-L] Fwd: Ge test pressing question

Oh, hell, I forgot that the 78-L server strips out any attachments. The
label is plain white with "Clarinet solo" pencilled on it at 12:00, the
stamped or incised number 1378 at 6:00 and "OK" at 5:00. The record
looks to be possibly 11".

Hi gang -
Here's a real puzzler. This test appeared on eBay last week and may not
be what it appears (see below). I have checked everywhere from
Connorized to Victor with no luck.
The attached label photo is from a test pressing of mx. 12932 (could be
any of three takes) on Gennett 6393B, "Sidewalk Blues" by Ernest
Michall. The flip (not shown) is "Lazybone Blues" by the same artist.
I can find no significance for the inverted number 1378 pressed into the
label.
Any thoughts?
