Carter's are easier to find then Hank's--but only in New England or upstate New York. I'm in Ohio so they don't get down here much

I'm not sure why they made him change his name to Montana Slim here in the US--one reaosn may be that US Bluebird already had the CARTER Family and BO CARTER [aka Bo Chatmon].



Note that both Snow and Carter recorded for Canadian Bluebird (B-4*) before
hey were known in the US; I have a number of these records, but I suspect
hey aren't easily found in the US?
