[78-L] Name the band

[David Lennick]

I have 4 12-inch lacquers by an unidentified trad band. Nothing to indicate where they were recorded (or copied), no name on them, only plain white labels with the titles typed and the words "NON-BREAKABLE & NOISELESS / USE ONLY SAPPHIRE OR SHADOWGRAPHED STEEL NEEDLE" printed at the bottom. I have no idea if these are a well known British Trad Band, some Ken Colyer or other..all I can do is list the titles and see if anyone recognizes them in these combinations.

 

DEEP BAYOU BLUES/CLIMAX RAG

CARELESS LOVE BLUES/DON'T GO WAY

FIDGETY FEET/DAUPHINE ST. BLUES

JUST A CLOSER WALK/JUST A LITTLE WHILE

 

I've checked a few of these in Lord but can't find any common link. Anybody have any ideas? The discs are professionally recorded and are very thin aluminum lacquers, not the heavier ones you usually find in the UK.
