[78-L] sandwich

Best Po' Boy for me is an oyster one where the oysters have a very LIGHT 
coating before they are quickly pan-friend...keep the battering to a 
minimum!

I had several of them when I was in N.O so many years ago...don't recall any 
of the places,  but the least of those sandwiches was great.

Best shrimp I ever ate in my life:  Lunch at Arnaud's...fresh that morning, 
served in a very light curry-hollandaise with artichoke hearts.  I'll never 
forget it.
