It's a Muffalata. Sered on a LARGE round rol and easily serves FOUR. You by by 1/2 and quarter. Like a hoagie or sub but insteasd of tomato, lettuce and onions it is a mixed olive speread. The sandwich was originated at Central Grocerey (where I plan to be at least twice next week - closed Sunday and Monday)
Luckily a place in Philly just started selling them but they are better NOLa.
