I've seen one such item before and saved the image in 2005.
It shows the record in the orig. sleeve (78 RPM on label & sleeve).
The label size is 1/3 of the record size.
It was listed as 7" vinyl, and is Co(Ar) 1-20048 Trio Los Panchos, Vaya con dios.

>>> Hmmm -- these are odd. This guy has four 7-inch Columbia 78s from
Argentina on offer on eBay. 7 inch 78s? I looked at his other listing
and he seems to have a clue but I can't tell if he really means 10
inch. They are:
Rosemary Clooney - Columbia 1-20.1091
http://cgi.ebay.com/ROSEMARY-CLOONEY-7-DENNIS-PLAYS-78-RPM-ARGENTINA-3-/390195952746
Jo Stafford - Columbia 1-200049

Tony Bennett - Columbia 1-20.0067

Frankie Laine and Doris Day - Columbia 1-200015

Just seems odd. Any thoughts

Are you sure of the speed? 7-inch Columbia singles had the z-prefix no matter what speed they were recorded at. 33rpm singles have ZLP and there were still fine-groove 78s cut for premiums (I have the Jo Stafford "St. Louis Blues" on both 45 and 78).
