40-4000 is Metronome All-Out//Look Out..Metronome All Stars. 40-4001/2 were in album HJ-8, Esquire's All American Hot Jazz. Victor usually started each series with the zero so there must be 40-0100 and 0101...but wait a minute, the 1948 Victor catalog's price list starts the ten-inch series at 40-0076! Does Ty list these?
