mine was The Spaniels version---althogh as few years ago they unearthed Phil "Sea Of Love" Phillips' version which I really liked.

obody mentioned Lena Horne's passing, so I thought I would. A dynamic live 
erformer, I was never really very fond of most of her recordings. Ethel Waters' 
ersion of "Stormy Weather" was always my favorite. I know that Cole Porter 
ated her brassy renditions of some of his songs, like "It's All Right with Me." 
till, she was a survivor and one of the last of her era.
