[78-L] Weems and Tanner

Looking for a Ted Weems recording with vocals by Elmo Tanner I found this

which sounds like an extremely compressed restauration of something that 
certainly isn't Elmo Tanner.
(Looks like it's taken from a digital Weems album, "Weems Gold", issued 
for i-tunes by Aloa.
But who sings?
And can anyone supply me with a decent mp3 or wav file of Elmo Tanner 
singing (not whistling) with the Ted Weems' Orchestra?
