This is what the seller says about it. Presumably, he means non-Scott 
versions are included. I found another reference which states that it's 
a 2-CD set plus booklet:

"Extremely rare, promotional only 3 CD set featuring original Raymond 
Scott recordings and dozens of fascinating cover versions in different 
styles. This was never available in stores. For the Raymond Scott 
collector, this is nirvana! 73 songs in all with booklet."
