In addition to Mae Questel The Encyclopedia of Animated Cartoon Series 
by Jeff Lenburg, (published in 1981) lists Ann Rothschild, Margie Heinz, 
Kate Wright and Bonnie Poe as having voiced Betty Boop.

I know nothing about any of these other "Boops."

And Bill, I am so jealous of you for having interviewed Mae Questel.  
That must be a great memory for you!
