[78-L] Easter Parade and Smile and Show Your Dimple

I was listening to some 78s and came across a record by Sam Ash of  Smile and Show Your Dimple. It was recorded in 1918.....the opening line of the chorus is almost identical to Easter Parade. 

What year was Easter Parade written??
