[78-L] Transcription question

It has the standard double end groove so it's not a transcription..a test dub wouldn't have a trip groove. Maybe they were out of the usual white "test pressing" labels. Tests were 11 inches and often on unlaminated shellac. The Horace Heidt label was later and a client pressing for it would have a P- matrix number. Fred Lowery recorded several sides for Columbia but I don't recall seeing the "Horace Heidt Presents" line on any, not that I've looked closely (whistlers? feh).
