I wish to thank everyone for the many responses to my question about my ALCO DISC label records, but all I've learned is that no one really knows anything about them.  There doesn't seem to be anything online about this label either, except for stuff I've posted.

They're probably incredibly rare and worth millions of dollars, eh?

I have a couple records with the ALCO DISC label containing recordings of TV shows at NBC in Los Angeles from the early 1950s.  Both were purchased from the families of people interviewed on the show and were souvenirs of the show.  One is on a 12 inch disc from the Jack McElroy TV show in 1952 and the other is from Art Linkletter's House Party in 1953.  I have verified these were purchased from the descendants of people interviewed on each of the records.  The labels can be viewed here:

Was this label only used by NBC studio to make souvenirs or does this label show up elsewhere?

Does ALCO stand for Art Linkletter Co?

Thanks!  CDB
