25 records, divided into 2 separately packed stacks. Although I've
received as many as 30 in one box the first figure seems about right.
Fits in a 12"x12"x10", or a 12" square box with plenty of room for
packing material and will weigh around 15 lbs.

I've received and shipped many records but I have never received or shipped more than about 20 or so records at a time. I need to ship someone 31 records. I'm thinking of splitting it up into 2 boxes. However, I'm thinking that making 2 separate record "sandwiches" and putting in the same box will probably be fine. What is your experience?
