[78-L] Lee Wiley jilts one guy to marry Jess Stacy

Regarding Lee Wiley, in the early 1950s, I used to hear her at George 
Wein’s Mahogany Hall, which was then downstairs from his Storyville 
club. I went to hear Vic Dickenson and others rather than Wiley. Her 
appearance and voice convinced me she was a heavy smoker and drinker. 
When Bozy White, the Berigan discographer, called on Wiley in New York 
City to interview her, he noted the same thing.
