All the above numbers look to me RCA Victor matrix numbers. The "leading 
zero" was added
in August, 1936. 0192* numbersare from early 1937; the 09*probably from late 
1942. IIRC,
Victor matrix numbers are listed in the "Abrams Files;" while your numbers 
are probably NOT
so listed, you might be able to find numbers fairly close thereunto...?!
