[78-L] My Fate Is In Your Hands - Arthur Schutt

I have two pressings of that recording and the late Skeets Herfurt,whom I knew,told me a bit about Schutt
and his career.McConville I know from Sudhalter's book on Bix.Appearently,Bix and McConville worked
in a studio band on the Camel Pleasure Hour radio programme in the summer of 1930.Bix was replaced by
trumpeter Bob Effros when Bix's drinking caught up with him again after having to leave Whiteman in 1929.
Stan King I know little about but I liked his drumming.I heard him on some early Louis Prima ARC record-
ings plus the stuff he did in '39 with pianist Bob Zurke when Zurke started his shortlived big band which had
cut a few sides for Victor ending on 8 May 1940.Former Bix associate Chelsea Quealey-or Qualey-was 
one of the trumpeters in the band.King was replaced  by a good drummer named Al Sidell who had rec-
orded with Muggsy Spanier's "Ragtimers" around 1941 when Spanier recorded for Bluebird.

Rust's ADBD listing of vocalists on the Schutt OKs is problematic. 
Unfortunately, I've heard very few of them to confirm who they are. 
However, Laird & Rust's OK disco does list IK rather than than SB.
