C. January 1911 for Columbia in London, mx 27407. A bit hard to find this
info
since he recorded the song about 117 times and A1691 ISN'T noted in Rust's
"Music Hall" book, but the previous owner of my copy identified it. Other
issues are Columbia (UK) 1564, something called "Ph 037" (Rust doesn't list
Ph
in the table of abbreviations), Regal G-6000 and Oxford 27407 (also penned
in
by the book's previous owner).
