[78-L] Enrico Caruso Jr.

I don't have it here, but I remember that there was a discography in the
original version of the bio he wrote of his father. I understand that the
book was revised. Amadeus Press has long been owned and distributed by Hal
Leonard, and I don't know what is in print at this point.
