Real Ale is unfiltered and unpasteurised beer. It is conditioned and served 
from a cask without adding nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure.
But the subject should be banned from this list, because those of us who 
don't happen to live in the UK will suffer severely. We simply don't have 
access to these treasures. And we can't afford to visit the UK very often.
So please, no more details about cask beer, handpumps etc. Back to 78 rpm.
