To the best of my knowledge, the last regular 78 (as opposed to 
one-off specials such as the Leon Redbone and Randy Newman 78s in 
that late 60s early 70s) was There Is Something on Your Mind by Bobby 
Marchan from June 1960 on Fire Records (catalogue #1022). That beats 
out Fannie Mae by Buster Brown on Fire 1008.
