[78-L] Somebody mention lutefisk?

Thanks, Dave Lennick, for the link to the article on lutefisk. I think I ate 
some once as a teenager. I worked in a grocery store that sold it. Horrible, 
squishy, yukky stuff.  When I went to Norwegian events, I refrained from 
lutefisk, but really enjoyed their companion food, lefse.  (Pronounced 
"lef-seh")  It is sort of like a soft shell taco, made out of potatoes. 
Quite good, usually served with melted butter.  I spent my teenage years in 
Sisseton, South Dakota -- a haven for Norwegians.  That's where I bought my 
78s, from the Sears, Roebuck & Montgomery Ward's catalogs.

I can see why even Norwegians don't like the stuff.  How did this topic come 
up in a newsletter supposedly devoted to collectors of 78 rpm records?
