I've been working with Jack on this project. This was a Canadian Columbia
series; it supplanted an earlier R4000 (and a very few R23-24xx) Canadian
series. The first 60 or 70 were UK sides not issued on US Columbia; after
that a number of French-Canadian sides were issued. We're missing the
data between c. 16085 and 16115 or so...but a few 1612* issues are
known. These are only listed in Canadian Columbia catalogs...which
don't exactly abound...?!

Any Canuck 78-Lers are requested to check any Canuck Columbia
documentation for the "missing" 16xxx-D items...?!
