It seems I'm being censored.
I will type my remarks / question again.

xFrom VT 7028 on the artists are mentioned on the labels. Maybe this explains why
7028 is the starting point of the ODP 7000 series list.
Issues include country artists (Dalhart, Autrey), but also race artists (Lena Wilson, 
Duke Ellington), Boyd Senter and some dance bands (Hotel Pennsylvania Music).

What was the intention of this series?
Was it the very first VT series, orig. with cheap reissues, and subsequently connected
with Harmony in its 1000 series?
Is it known with which issue the normal VT 1000 series started? Issues with very low numbers
may well be later pressings. I have hardly any label images before VT 1160-V.
