[78-L] U.S. Berliner --- made for Nordheimer (Toronto)

It showed up on ebay a few years ago.  I don't know who purchased  it.
 
The data around the center hole reads: "Recorded for M&S  Nordheimer Piano 
and Music Co. Toronto Ontario Canada".   There is no  title.  The catalogue 
number may be 3105; and maybe it is something  else.  It isn't quite legible.
 
Does anyone on this list know of its whereabouts and/or can provide more  
definitive information about it?
 
What about other made-for-Nordheimer discs?
