[78-L] Rex Irving

It's in my copy of the listing that Garrod used for his USRC discog. The other Rex Irving (Irving Riskin) sides I've heard are more novelty than jazz, like ersatz Raymond Scott so it's not too surprising they're not in Rust or Lord. Interesting find though.
