[78-L] Revised American Dance Band Discography

My fervent hope is that this new edition will contain more,  and more 
accurate info than is in the old edition of Rust.

I know that Rust's jazz books are not perfect,  but they are many times 
better than the dance band volumes,  which are chock-full of errors and 
omissions.  I'm looking forward to the new books...they pretty much have to 
be an improvement over the old editions.
