In the matrix prefixes, PMS in RCA means Pacific coast, 16-inch size, S
is short for Western Electric SHQ.  As for the record number prefixes,
they might have to do with year of release or a catalog replacement
number system.  I do not have my loose-leaf Standard catalog nor my 300
or so Standards at hand to figure this out.
