The image posted, at least on my screen, doesn't show the bottom of the  
certificate where burial information appears.  There is no "line" for it on  
the form itself --- it's always information added by the funeral  home.  
Trust me.  I've looked at many of them myself in the vital  statistics room in 
the Chambers Street courthouse in Manhattan.
