Subject: [78-C] Wm. F. Hooley
Two questions regarding the man who is my great-grandfather, William F.
Hooley. 1.) Did WFH partner with John McCormack (and others) in a song
other than Adeste Fideles? I have that recording, but wondered if this
group did more. 2.) Where in New York is my great-grandfather buried? All
information says he died in October 1918 in a "New York City hospital," but
that could be anywhere. In 1900 (according to census data), he lived in Mt.
Vernon, NY, but seems to have disappeared during the 1910 census. I vaguely
remember family conversation in the 1950s and 1060s saying that WFH never
left his home in Mt. Vernon until his death. Thanks for the help.
