[78-L] Fields of Dreams

The first Shep Fields record I ever heard was,  oddly,  in my Dad's little 
collection.  It's the all reed band on a 1941 Bluebird playing a very odd 
song called "Ooh!  Does Your Mother Know That You Smoke?"  In the late 40s 
my Dad played on occasion with an all-reed band here in Seattle and I think 
he borrowed the record from the arranger and never gave it back...thanks, 
Dad!

Fine jazzy sound..clarinet solo from Gus Bivona...galaxies away from the 
Ripplers.
