[78-L] Advance lacquers

Advance is the name of the blanks..the letters A D V A N C E in the lacquer,
making a circle around the center hole. Also says NEW YORK USA in smaller letters.
What's on these discs is Dick Tracy in B Flat, so I was wondering when this
might have been copied (or heaven forbid if it might be an original).
