[78-L] Hoo-Ha shipping costs and wacko buyers

 When I see such feedback, the seller's follow-up means more to me - if it's 
a nasty response-in-kind,  I avoid that seller.  If it's a calm rehash (even 
though I don't know the facts) I usually figure that the buyer is not being 
reasonable .
