I forgot to cite Liberty Music Shop.."Thirty Minutes with Beatrice Lillie",
1939, has a picture cover. (Same one was used on the 10" LP.) I can't remember
whether the Dwight Fiske album has one as well and it's too cold in the garage
to go and check it.
