[78-L] Epic Vinyl 78's

Any chance they're Canadian pressings? Those were always vinyl. In the US, Epic 
was the same laminated shellac used for Columbia..in fact I think there's a 
point where CBS went back to unlaminated shellac, since I've definitely seen 
some from the 50s. Otherwise, are they radio station promos?
