[78-L] Victor Herbert Discography

I remember the 3 LP set.  Keokuk, Iowa's public library had it.  There was
only one Zonophone recording in it, by what was billed as 'Victor Herbert's
Orchestra' but they said they weren't 100% certain he'd conducted the side
in question (and I can't remember the title, only that it was a 7" disc from
circa 1900).

They had included three Berliners as well, songs from THE FORTUNE TELLER.
One Berliner was Alice Nielsen singing 'Always do as others say you
should'.  The transfers suffer from (so they sounded) like the midrange
around 400 to 600 Hz was boosted, and some reverb was also added.
