I was transferring some 78s by the Red Army Choir some years ago, and had the 
window open..when I got to the Soviet Anthem, my wife hollered up to me that 
the RCMP was waiting outside with a few questions.

The funniest (not intentionally) version of The Internationale is on Victor, in 
a V-xxxxx series. Played by a band that wouldn't qualify at a second-rate high 
school, and I swear it has a violin solo. Sorry I don't have the record number 
or name of the perpetrators..La Marseillaise is on the reverse, but that's all 
I remember right now.
